Common Issues

Below are solutions for the most common issues. If your situation isn't covered here, our support team is ready to help.

Deck Creation Seems Stuck

Deck creation can take some time, especially during busy periods. This is normal. You can safely close the page and come back later; your progress is saved automatically. If your deck hasn't progressed after an extended period, contact support with your order number so we can look into it.

A Card Doesn't Look Right

During the review phase, you can redesign any card that doesn't match your vision. Click the card, then use the redesign option to get a fresh version. You can also adjust the style description for that specific card if you want to steer the result in a different direction. There's no limit on redesigns.

Payment Failed

Start by double-checking your card number, expiration date, and billing address. Then try again. If the payment still fails, try a different payment method. Some banks flag unusual transactions, so it may help to contact your bank and confirm they're not blocking the charge.

Checkout Session Expired

Checkout sessions last 30 minutes for security. If your session expires before you complete payment, simply return to your deck page and start checkout again. Your deck and card designs aren't affected.

Can't Sign In

First, make sure you're using the correct email address. If you created your account with a different email, try that one. Drawn Fate uses sign-in links sent to your email, so check your spam or junk folder if the link hasn't arrived. If you're still unable to access your account, contact support and we'll help you get back in.

Order Hasn't Arrived

Check the tracking link on your order detail page for the latest shipping updates. Delivery times vary by location, and occasional carrier delays can extend the timeline. If tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, contact our support team with your order number so we can investigate.

Deck Arrived Damaged

If your deck arrives with damaged or defective cards, email support with your order number and photos showing the issue. We review each case individually and will work with you to make it right. Please refer to our Terms of Service for full details.

Who Owns the Card Images?

You do. The card images in your custom deck belong to you. Share them on social media, use them as phone wallpapers, print them as art, or gift them however you like. They're yours to enjoy.
