What Should You Include?

The more context you provide, the faster we can help. When writing your message, please include:

  • Order number if your question is about a specific order. You can find this on your order detail page.
  • Description of the issue explaining what you expected to happen and what actually happened.
  • Screenshots if they help illustrate the problem. A picture often makes it much easier to diagnose the issue.

How Quickly Will You Hear Back?

We typically respond within one business day. During busy periods it may take slightly longer, but we read every message and will follow up as soon as we can. If your issue is urgent (for example, a payment was charged but your order didn't appear), mention that in your subject line so we can prioritize it.
