When your order ships, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking link. That same link is always available on your order detail page. Click it to see real-time shipping updates directly from the carrier.

Where Can I Find My Tracking Link?

There are two places to find your tracking information:

  • Shipping confirmation email sent as soon as your order ships. The email contains a direct tracking link.
  • Order detail page in your account. Navigate to My Orders, click on the relevant order, and you'll see the tracking link in the shipping section.

What Does the Tracking Page Show?

Clicking the tracking link opens the carrier's own tracking page. There you can see the current location of your package, a history of scans and handoffs, and an estimated delivery date. Updates appear as the carrier processes your shipment.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Delivery timelines depend on your location and the shipping route. Domestic shipments tend to arrive sooner than international ones. Once the carrier has scanned your package, the tracking page will display an estimated delivery window.

What If Tracking Isn't Updating?

Occasional gaps in tracking updates are normal, particularly during international transit or when a package moves between carrier networks. If tracking hasn't updated for several days, try visiting the carrier tracking page directly. If you're still concerned, our support team can investigate with your order number.
