Where do I find my orders?

Open the user menu in the top corner of any page and select My Orders. You'll see a list of all your past and current orders with their status, date, and amount.

Can I see my cards after delivery?

Yes. Click any delivered order to open its detail page, where you can view previews of all the cards in your deck. The images stay accessible in your account.

How do I check the status of an order?

Each order on the My Orders page displays its current status. Click the order for a detailed view with the visual timeline and shipping information.

Order History

All your orders, past and present, are listed on the My Orders page. Open the user menu in the top corner of any page and select My Orders to get there.

What Will You See?

The orders page gives you a snapshot of every order at a glance. Each entry displays:

A preview thumbnail of your deck design
The order date
The total amount
The current status (Preparing, Printing, Shipped, or Delivered)

How Do I View Order Details?

Click any order to open its full detail page. There you'll find:

A four-step visual timeline showing your order's current stage
Shipping information, including a tracking link once shipped
Card previews so you can revisit your deck design

Do Your Cards Stay Accessible?

Even after delivery, your card images remain available on the order detail page. You can revisit your deck anytime to appreciate the artwork or decide whether to reorder another copy.
