Order Statuses

Every order moves through four stages after you approve your deck. You can follow your progress on the order detail page, which displays a visual timeline showing exactly where your order stands.

What Are the Four Stages?

1. Preparing

We prepare your approved card images for professional printing. This stage handles all the technical file preparation to ensure your cards come out looking their best. It typically takes one to two business days.

2. Printing

Your deck is now being printed by our printing partners. Each card is produced on high-quality card stock with a professional finish. Printing typically takes three to seven business days depending on current demand.

3. Shipped

Your package is on its way. When your order reaches this stage, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow the shipment to your door. The tracking link also appears on your order detail page. For more on tracking, see Tracking Your Order.

4. Delivered

Your deck has been delivered to your address. Time to open the box and enjoy your custom tarot cards. If you love them and want another copy (for a gift or a backup), check out the Reordering guide.

What Does the Visual Timeline Look Like?

Your order detail page includes a four-step visual timeline that highlights the current stage. Each completed stage is marked so you can see at a glance how far along your order is. You can reach your order detail page from My Orders.

Will You Get Email Notifications?

You'll receive email updates at key milestones. An email is sent when your order ships (with a tracking link) and again when delivery is confirmed. Check your spam folder if you're not seeing these emails.
